This separates bugs from features in your workspace.
Bug Intake Form
Create a ClickUp Form for bug submission. Include fields: Summary, Steps to Reproduce, Expected Behavior, Actual Behavior, Environment, and Screenshot upload. Share the form with QA teams, support, and beta users for consistent bug reporting.
Automations
Set up automations: When Severity is set to Blocker, assign to the on-call engineer and send a Slack notification. When all subtasks are complete, move to QA Verification. When status changes to Closed, notify the reporter.
Bug Dashboard
Create a ClickUp Dashboard with widgets: open bugs by severity (pie chart), bug creation vs. resolution trend (line chart), average time to resolution by severity (bar chart), and a list of overdue bugs. Review this dashboard in weekly team meetings.
