How much will this improve the metric you care about? Score: 3 (massive), 2 (high), 1 (medium), 0.5 (low), 0.25 (minimal).

Confidence

How confident are you in your Reach and Impact estimates? Score: 100% (high, backed by data), 80% (medium, some data), 50% (low, gut feeling).

Effort

How many person-months of work? Score: actual person-months. Include design, engineering, QA, and launch effort.
