Feature Database Setup
Create a "Feature Proposals" database with properties: Feature Name (title), Description (text), Proposer (person), Theme (select: Growth/Retention/Platform/Tech Debt), Status (select: Proposed/Approved/Deferred/Declined), Quarter (select), and linked relations to PRDs and customer requests.
RICE Scoring Properties
Add number properties: Reach (users affected per quarter), Impact (1=minimal, 2=significant, 3=massive), Confidence (0.5/0.8/1.0), Effort (person-weeks). Add a formula property: RICE Score = (Reach * Impact * Confidence) / Effort. Sort the database by RICE Score descending.
Stakeholder Voting
Add a "Votes" number property and a "Voters" relation to a People database. Share the database view with stakeholders and ask each to add their vote count (1-3 points distributed across features they support). Create a "RICE + Votes" combined view for prioritization meetings.
Board View for Review
Create a board view grouped by Status (Proposed, Approved, Deferred, Declined). During quarterly reviews, drag features between columns. The table view shows scores; the board view enables rapid categorization. Toggle between views during the prioritization meeting.
