Structure the project with sections: New Requests, Under Review, Approved, Scheduled, Declined. Move requests between sections as they progress through triage. Use Asana Rules to send notifications when requests change sections.

Add custom fields: Impact (dropdown: High/Medium/Low), Effort (dropdown: S/M/L/XL), Theme (dropdown), Customer Count (number), and Revenue Impact (currency). These fields enable sorting and filtering for prioritization.
Approval Workflow
