Board Configuration
Configure the board with groups as stages: New Requests, Under Review, Approved, Planned, Delivered, Declined. Add columns: Status (status), Requester (people), Votes (vote column), Theme (dropdown), RICE Score (formula), and Linked Item (connect to roadmap board).
Voting and Prioritization
Use the Monday vote column for team voting during prioritization meetings. Add RICE formula columns: Reach (number), Impact (number), Confidence (number), Effort (number), and Score (formula: Reach*Impact*Confidence/Effort). Sort by RICE score for data-driven decisions.
Automations
Set up Monday automations: When status changes, notify the requester via email. When group changes to Approved, create a linked item on the Roadmap board. When linked roadmap item status is Done, move the request to Delivered and notify the requester.
