Notion Compliance Database
Create a linked Notion database for compliance requirements with columns: Regulation (select), Requirement ID (text), Description (text), Status (Draft/Reviewed/Approved), Reviewer (person), and Evidence Link (URL). This database provides an audit trail for regulatory reviews.
Money Movement Specification
If the feature involves money movement: document the flow of funds (source, intermediary, destination), reconciliation requirements, error handling for failed transactions, and the maximum transaction value. Include the ledger entries that each transaction creates.
