SaaS Metrics
Define SaaS-specific success metrics: activation rate (users who reach the aha moment), feature adoption rate, impact on retention (D7/D30), expansion revenue potential (does this feature drive upgrades?), and support ticket deflection.
Pricing and Packaging
Specify which plans include this feature: Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise. Document the gating mechanism (hard gate vs soft limit vs usage-based). Include the rationale for plan placement.
