Risk-Adjusted Prioritization
Add a risk dimension to your prioritization framework. Fintech initiatives carry regulatory risk (fines, license revocation), financial risk (transaction errors, fraud), and reputational risk. Weight these risks alongside impact and effort.
Fraud and Security Roadmap
