Investor-Ready Formatting
Create a presentation view with conditional formatting: green for completed items, yellow for in-progress, gray for planned. Add a header with company logo, date, and a one-line product vision. This view can be shared directly with investors during board meetings.
Changelog Tab
Add a changelog tab that records every roadmap change: date, what changed, why. This creates a decision log that is valuable for the team and demonstrates strategic thinking to investors.
