Gantt View
Use the ClickUp Gantt view for timeline-based roadmap visualization. Set start and due dates on each initiative. Use dependencies to show sequencing. Color-code by Theme using custom fields to create a visual strategic overview.
Goals Alignment
Link roadmap items to ClickUp Goals. Create quarterly goals with measurable targets and associate roadmap initiatives as contributing items. The Goals view shows progress toward each strategic objective.
Stakeholder View
