Sprint Setup
Enable the Sprints ClickApp in Space settings. Set your default sprint duration to 2 weeks. Configure automatic rollover for incomplete tasks so carry-over items move to the next sprint without manual dragging.
Sprint Goal
Add your sprint goal as a pinned comment on the Sprint folder or use a custom field. One clear outcome statement that the team commits to achieving this sprint.
Workload View
Use ClickUp Workload view to visualize team capacity. Set each member capacity in points or hours. The view highlights over-allocated team members in red so you can rebalance before the sprint starts.
Sprint Scope
Add tasks to the sprint from the backlog list. Use ClickUp custom fields for story points and priority. Sort by priority, then drag tasks into the sprint until you reach capacity. Use subtasks for breaking down large items.
Sprint Reporting
Use the Sprint Dashboard widget to track burndown. ClickUp automatically generates velocity data after your first few sprints. Review the cumulative flow diagram to spot bottlenecks in your workflow.
