Capacity
Team velocity average from last 3 cycles. Available capacity this sprint (account for PTO, on-call). Target: 70-80% of average velocity.
Sprint Items
Add items to the cycle from the prioritized backlog until reaching capacity. Confirm each item has: description, estimate, single assignee, and linked dependencies.
Dependencies
List cross-team or external dependencies with owners and resolution dates.
Retrospective
At sprint end: completed vs. planned points, carry-over items, what to improve next sprint.
