Learning Outcome Alignment
Connect the story to a specific learning outcome or competency standard. Example acceptance criterion: "Completing the interactive exercise improves student quiz scores by at least 10% compared to text-only instruction." Reference Bloom taxonomy levels where applicable.
Accessibility Criteria
EdTech products must be accessible to all learners. Include: screen reader compatibility, keyboard-only navigation, color contrast (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum), captioning for audio/video content, and support for assistive technology. FERPA-compliant for student data.
Engagement Criteria
EdTech stories should include engagement acceptance criteria: time-on-task targets, completion rates, interaction frequency, and fallback for learners who get stuck. Gamification elements should enhance learning, not distract from it.
